About
treeline is a knowledge sharing hub for Pacific Northwest restoration practitioners, nursery partners and researchers who work for or represent Tribes, Indigenous groups, non-profits, agencies, landowners, businesses and more.
Through a quarterly newsletter, occasional webinars, and other formats, we share insights from our collaborators with the goal of informing, connecting, and inspiring those working toward climate resilience and healthy plant communities. If you have a story to share please get in touch with us here.
This work is supported by: Meyer Memorial Trust, an EPA Climate Resilient Riparian Systems Lead Grant (EPA-I-R10-PS-2023-001), supported by a subaward from the Washington Department of Ecology, the Building Nursery and Recovery Infrastructure for Climate and Fire Resilient Oregon Forests Project supported by a subaward from the USDA Forest Service and Sustainable Northwest, and was initiated through a grant from the Climate Resilience Fund.
treeline was founded in 2021 and is stewarded by BEF’s Watersheds Department. Our team includes Kas Guillozet (Editor), Kayla Seaforth (Coordinator and Contributing writer), Jean-Paul Zagarola (Contributing writer), Hannah Buehler (Contributing writer). Past writers include Julia Jaquery, Kira Waldman and Tori Yoder. We are grateful to other contributors and interviewees who have shared their work and perspectives with us.
